21 June 2025 starting at 6PM Adults £25 Children £15 We're excited to share a taste of our heritage! As many of you know, both of us have roots in Romania and Moldova, where our grandparents cultivated a love for the land. This connection inspires us to occasionally cook traditional dishes. This year, we're bringing that tradition to you with a special Romanian evening featuring a variety of dishes on the summer solstice, June 21st. Get ready to celebrate the solstice with a feast of traditional Romanian food! This is the perfect opportunity to experience a new cuisine. We will be serving: Appetizers: A selection of Romanian starters with both meat and vegetarian options. Main Course: Classic “sarmale” (stuffed cabbage or vine leaves) served with alivanca (polenta with feta and dill). From the Grill: A variety of barbecued meats, including the famous “mici” (skinless sausages) and smoked cuts, all served with a fresh cabbage salad and homemade bread. Our vegetarian main will be delicious stuffed mushrooms. Dessert: Delicate crêpes filled with cottage cheese and served with a dollop of crème fraîche. This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) event. We recommend beer or a good red wine to complement the food. Don’t think twice, this is your chance to try something new and delicious. Please message us if you have any dietary requirements.
