Summer Solstice Feast at Trigon Farm Join us to celebrate the Summer solstice with a seasonal farm supper showcasing produce, herbs and edible flowers grown here at Trigon Farm. Welcome Drink Trigon Rose Sparkling Water Please Note Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Farm-grown mint and borage water will be available throughout the evening. Seasonal Canapés • Parsley mini sausage rolls • Mini vegetable quiches • Beetroot devilled eggs with fermented radishes. Starter A seasonal salad of fresh leaves, edible flowers and herbs harvested from the farm, served with: • Smashed peas and mint • Fermented golden beetroot and radishes • Homemade sourdough bread Main Course Slow-Roasted Trigon Lamb Lamb reared here on the farm and slow-roasted for the Summer Solstice feast. Served with: • Garden mint sauce • New potato salad with chives and mustard vinaigrette • Charred courgettes Vegetarian Option Spinach and ricotta filo pastry served with the same seasonal accompaniments.
