20 December 2026 starting at 1PM The Winter Solstice marks the moment when daylight begins to grow again — a powerful reminder of renewal, new beginnings, and nature’s rhythm. Our Solstice Lunch isn’t just about delicious seasonal food… it’s a celebration of the turning of the season. At Trigon Farm, we live in harmony with the land — honouring each season for what it offers: growth, harvest, rest. This gathering is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, reflect and celebrate together. The solstice reminds us that every ending begins something new. Come share a long-table lunch, meaningful traditions, and the beauty of winter on the farm. Starting from 1 PM we will be serving a seasonal three course meal celebrating best in season produce from the farm and local producers (full menu to follow).
